San Mei Gallery presents an exhibition of the life and work of Nellie Roberts (1872 - 1959), the first and longest serving orchid artist at the Royal Horticultual Society. 


A  selection of Nellie’s orchid paintings will be on display, all painted from her flat on Loughborough Road. This exhibition is part of the Loughborough Road heritage project run by LEAF tenants residents association with support of National Lottery Heritage Fund, Lambeth Archives and Brixton Society.
